Returns & Exchanges

At DUKE + DEXTER, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes aren't the perfect fit, we offer a 28-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn footwear back in its original D+D shoebox and ensure all protective packaging is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outer mailing bag, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your new size within 5-7 business days.
